Wild Fiddler’s Rag is a Bluegrass fiddle piece (originally by Howdy Forrester) that I arranged for solo violin last year. It’s so much fun to play as an encore! When I was writing my arrangement, I was also influenced by Mark O’Connor and other great American fiddlers who play their own versions of the piece. This video is when I performed it as an encore after playing with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra a couple of weeks ago. I just loved the Indianapolis audience's reaction to this encore
