This is occurring at 1503 Lincoln Ave, Santa Ana, CA 92701. This pittie pup is chained outside in filth - the chain so short he can barely move. A follower of @rockandrollrescuekel witnessed this dog’s condition and did the right thing by calling @santaana_pd .
