During a recent in-person visit at Parnall Correctional Facility, staff observed a visitor attempt to transfer items to a prisoner. Once the visit ended, staff performed a search of the prisoner and recovered two balloons with contraband. Michigan State Police were called to the facility to question the prisoner and their visitor.
