Ingredients: •2 packages ramen (I used Momofuku soy scallion). •1/4 cup mayo. •2 tbsp chili crunch or salsa macha more for topping (I like mine real spicy, feel free to adjust). •1 tbsp rice vinegar. •1 tsp cane sugar. •2 egg yolks.
