Pastry Cream Recipe Ingredients 500g milk, full fat 80g egg yolk 100g white sugar 15g cornflour 30g All-purpose flour 40g unsalted butter 5g Vanilla paste Pinch of salt - to taste Or 45g of Vanilla Custard powder ( omit the cornflour and APF) Method 1.
