Yesterday evening we received an alert to a cygnet that was behaving oddly and was isolated from the rest of the family group. The bird also had cloudy eyes, and of course we were immediately suspicious that this could be a victim of Avian Flu. We have had a number of waterfowl in East Norfolk and North Suffolk recently showing the vital signs and others found deceased in the Broads so we are on heightened alert! We did attend this call with a view of hopefully limiting any impact on the remaini
