On a recent visit to California State Prison, Los Angeles County, we were thrilled to learn that one of the participants of our event was serving his very last day after almost 23 years behind bars! He said we threw him the best party to celebrate his release 😂. He expressed his wide range of emotions surrounding going home and gave thanks to God and the community that supported him throughout his years. He also shared with us the first thing he was going to do when he walked through the gates.

Prison Fellowship volunteers recently partnered with the Way World Outreach Church to lead two events at LAC, the California State Prison in Los Angeles County. These events featured a powerful drama skit, spoken testimonies from formally incarcerated men, and a powerful altar call. Circuit Riders led a time of worship, where many men—including corrections officers—received prayer, rededicated their lives to Christ, and asked Jesus into their lives for the first time! | Prison Fellowship
