for the Santa hello kitty cookie, I used the same cookie cutter as the xmas tree hello kitty! 🎅🏻🎄🥰 there are a bunch of small sections so I used a medium consistency icing to flood each to avoid cratering! I let each section crust over in front of a fan for like 45 seconds before doing a section next to it! Then for the dress collar and bottom, waited until the section crusted over a little bit and used a scribe to give it a fluffy looking texture! Then I forgot to film when I did the detail
