One of the best things we can do for ourselves on the planet right now is to come into connection with our body through our breath. I am connecting with my breath so much these days to move through many uncomfortable feelings and sensations. I like to set my timer on my phone or block timer to go off every hour…actually every 1:11:11 lol. and i stop what i’m doing to take three deep breaths. when im consistent with this practice it really helps me stay grounded and present. i see how fast time g
