La prima versione di Coca-Cola risale al 1886 ed è stata inventata dal farmacista John Pemberton. Nel 1892, poi, viene fondata la Coca Cola Company da un altro farmacista di nome Asa Griggs Candler che dopo la morte di Pemberton aveva comprato i diritti della bevanda. This Beaux Arts home in Atlanta's Inman Park was built for Asa and Lucy Candler. This 1903 home had all the modern conveniences including many electric lights throughout the home. During the Great Depression the home was converted into a boarding house. During the WW2 housing shortage, it was converted into 5 apartments.
