Cinnamon Apple Loaf Cake 😍 This is one of my favourite loaf cakes I’ve ever make! 🫶 It’s packed with juicy cinnamon sugar apples and brown sugar cinnamon, topped with a sweet glaze 🤌 It’s unbelievably moist, my brain can’t even fathom it 😂 Sound on for full instructions 🔉 All you need is: Cake: 115g salted butter, softened 130g granulated sugar 2 large eggs, room temp 1 tsp vanilla extract 180g self-raising flour 120ml milk (any, I used skimmed) Apple mix: 2 large apples, peeled and diced 2
