My easy pie crust that can be made in advance! 1 1/2 cups flour 1 stick salted butter, cut into cubes and frozen Blend in a food processor until the butter is the size of peas. Add 6 tbs ice water, blend until the dough just starts to form, dump onto a surface and collect into a disk. Flour the surface and roll out until it’s large enough to fit your pie pan and gently drape the dough into the pan, trimming off excess. Keep the dough chilled like this for at least an hour before using, or freeze
