Autism burnout is a very real and difficult thing. I've been in it for about 2 years at this point. This is a video I filmed yesterday on the verge of an autistic meltdown because I was so exhausted from my day that consisted of only getting dressed, cooking, and having a zoom call. Autism in an invisible disability and a lot of people don't see the internal struggles we face. I'm posting this hoping my transparency both educates others on these hidden struggles and allows people to feel less al
