Aurora loves when she gets a treat of trout filet. She doesn’t get it often as it is not “whole prey” so doesn’t provide the proper nutrients as a main food item to keep an eagle happy and healthy. But as a treat? Nothing better for Aurora! Her love of trout was discovered early on in training her when she arrived here as a “wild child.” All of our training is done through positive reinforcement.
