Bold colors don’t automatically create good design. Without structure and layering, even vibrant palettes can look busy instead of intentional. When I decorate, I work in layers, adding texture step by step using different tools and techniques so the cake has depth and control. Color draws the eye, but structure is what finishes the cake.
