Today I competed in a powerlifting competition. Each competition is a bit different yet this one was one a GREAT ONE . 16 weeks ago I chose to start training for today’s competition - 4 days a week powerlifting, 10k steps daily, and then for the last 5 weeks - adding cardio (2 group classes a week).
