I turned these two old whiskey bottles into mermaid art pieces! First I clean the bottles and remove the labels. Then I paint the glass in layers and seal it when finished. Finally I decoupage lovely rice paper imagery as the focal and add gems, pearls, brass metal embellishments, silk ribbons and more.
