Noble Test per la Sindrome della Bandelletta Uno dei test più efficaci per diagnosticare una sindrome della Bandelletta Ileotibiale è il Noble Test. Si effettua con paziente supinə portando l'arto inferiore in flessione d'anca fino a ginocchio flesso a 60 e ponendo indice e medio un paio di cm sopra il condito femorale laterale.
