Isomalt is one of those things that might be daunting to work with at first, but I assure you, she is plenty easy :) Just make sure to wear gloves and be careful when melting it down, as this stuff is scorching and can burn you! For some reason it wouldn't work up here. extra tall cakes just take the overall look and prestige of the dessert table to the next level ;)
