Ingredients: 600g chicken breast, diced 2-3 tbsp cornflour 1 tsp each garlic & onion powder Salt & pepper 1/2 tbsp olive oil 3 cups cooked rice, to serve 1-2 tbsp sesame seeds Sauce: 4 tbsp honey (80ml) 2 tbs soy sauce (30ml) 1 clove garlic, minced 1-2 tsp sesame oil 1 tsp rice wine/white vinegar 2/3 cup chicken stock (180ml) 1 tbsp cornflour Method: 1.
