I’m a pediatric OT and mom, & before babies walk, they need time to build the skills that support walking. 💪👣 We didn’t jump straight to steps, first came climbing, standing, squatting, and playful balance practice. One of my favorite tricks? Giving my baby a balloon or a toy in each hand. It keeps them engaged and helps stabilize their core for more confident steps.
