Xpeng’s subsidiary Aridge has started production of the world’s first mass-produced modular flying car in Guangzhou. The model, called the “Land Carrier,” works both as a normal road vehicle and as an electric flying aircraft. The land unit can be driven with a regular license, while the aerial unit uses a lightweight carbon-fiber build and advanced flight control system.
