Some drone footage of the scene at MM257 on US 191 near Helper where a tanker truck spilled crude oil this morning. Law enforcement, the Utah Department of Environmental Quality, Southeastern Utah Health Department and the EPA were on scene. Utah DEQ estimated the total amount spilled to be 5,000 gallons (119 barrels) with an estimated 2,500 in Willow Creek. They have said that drinking water is not affected and that haz mat has set up containment 5 miles down stream, where water column samples
