I typically teach the cartwheel because it’s easy to make it smooth and return to your feet quickly. It can also be done on any surface, and doesn’t have a lot of flexibility prerequisite. Of course the roll and bridge are still great movements to know and learn, but in terms of just bailing out of a handstand, the cart wheel is the most simple. #calisthenics #bodyweighttraining
