The 2018 Cheyenne Frontier Days™ Finals is a true rodeo classic. Held at Cheyenne’s storied Frontier Park, the event was interrupted by wild storms and tornado warnings, one triggering a brief evacuation. But the rodeo went on and those present at the Sunday finals witnessed Nellie Miller and "Sister" deliver a championship run in the middle of a hailstorm.
