A drone pilot captured a cougar stuck on Haystack Rock at Cannon Beach on the Oregon coast Sunday evening. The cougar has since left the area, officials with Oregon State Police and the Department of Fish and Wildlife said Monday after finding what appeared to be cougar tracks leading away from the rock. Officials warned that beachgoers should stay vigilant in case the cougar returns, saying that “cougars and bears appear to be getting more comfortable in town.” Read more: https://www.oregonlive
