To make fabric-like ruffles on a cake that stays in the fridge, to avoid to moist break down the fondant, I simply spread chocolate on the back of the fondant (modeling chocolate can be tricky to get this thin so I used fondant for this application ). I also add wafer paper between the layers for support. I might get some chuckles from fondant artists, but hey, it’s all about finding your own way to make it work! 🤣🍰 | K CAKE
