On Monday night, little Elfaba was surrendered to our rescue. She is paralyzed, with no mobility in her back legs, and incontinent. The owners told us that Elfaba was playing with her sister when the injury occurred. However, it takes great force to sustain a spinal injury as Elfaba has.
