LOOK: The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) renewed its call on Sunday, December 28, to ban and avoid the use of firecrackers ahead of New Year 2026 to protect pets and other animals. Several pets were also featured in an “Opalite” dance cover as part of the group’s advocacy campaign to highlight the issue.
