Going to attempt to 3d model and print an attachment for this headrest. Hopefully add support for adjustable headrest depth. I wanna avoid drilling/screws. Might use some 3M VHB double-sided tape.

Gesture headrest: More adjustable, but still lacks any kind of proper depth adjustment which may mean you come into contact with it when you're upright instead of reclining. In general, Steelcase clearly use headrests as an afterthought as they just don't seem to care.

When reclining, you need your headrest to move forward to enable your head to stay level, so that you can keep your gaze on the monitor. When sitting upright, you need it to move back so that it won’t restrict your movements.

Nov 18, 2020 · Most aftermarket headrest solutions I've seen are not something I would add to my chair personally. The back of the Leap chair was just not made to have holes put into it and support a headrest. The V2 Leap OEM headrest attaches to the two bolts that support the back, which is the only real way to do it in my opinion. Hope this helps!
