Dec 3, 2011 · Cut out your leather 1/4 -> 3/8 inch more than the cutting edge, and even with the back (unsharpened) edge, but don't follow the handle, just go straight across. That is for the top. For the bottom do the same as the top, but add some tabs to either side of the blunt back edge to fold over the top and keep the blade in the sheath.

Jul 25, 2017 · You can store knife partially open for quick draw where it opens fully. Or closed the knife fits snug. Both are snaps but top snap has nylon washer as to not dull blade. This one is horizontal blade tip down. But I've seen vertical with belt clip with blade tip facing back. Hope i answered your question.
