From 2017 to 2022, Navy Federal charged customers surprise overdraft fees on certain ATM withdrawals and debit card purchases, even when their accounts showed sufficient funds at the time of the transactions.

Mar 9, 2017 · I don't know how many here belong to Navy Federal but if you do I wanted to let you know of something that I think is happening with all branches. My Navy Federal has a coin counting machine that is free to use for members. I was using it one day a couple months ago when one of the employees told me it was going away in April.

Oct 25, 2017 · The flagship is a visa signature card. Otherwise, the reward structure is nothing great. Having one card with them is sufficient IMO. You can get it to grow. Two cards will just cut your overall limit with Navy in half. Navy also does not do reallocations, so you have to close a card and hope they give most/all of the credit line after a cli.
