I picked it up tonight and the dealership replaced part numbers 87844675 (Filler pipe) and 84767896 (Filler pipe housing). Jan 2, 2025 · Do you start using fuel additives immediately on new engines? Just picked up a new ‘25 L5P Silverado with 12 miles and wondered when would be best to start the additives. Our other diesels were purchased used (‘23 LM2 and a 5.9L Cummins truck) so I started using additives immediately. Thanks in advance for the insight!

Dec 20, 2024 · Hi, my name is Sean Hinton. I have a 2017 Duramax diesel was driving down the road got to where the def said down to 5 mph, I was still able to do 55 mph got to where I was going. I had 5 gallons of.def with me when I shut my truck off and went to get back in after I filled it up with 5 gallons now I am stuck at 5 mph. Is there any reset for this? Thanks.

May 5, 2024 · Thanks gents for the comments. Durabiopwr: I'm using GM parts Replacement procedure calls for NOx 1 reset, NOx catalyst reductant reset and DPF regen enable, and all were done.
