Quick Share: How to use Android's AirDrop alternative - MSNQuick Share is a wireless data transfer feature for Android, Windows, and ChromeOS. It was formerly called Nearby Share until Google and Samsung merged into Quick Share in 2024.
Select Quick Share. For a direct share with a nearby device, ensure the recipient is in close proximity, and their device should appear in the menu. Tap on it. You may be shown a PIN as well.
Enable Quick Share: Ensure that Quick Share is turned on in your device's quick settings panel. If the icon is not visible, you may need to add it.
