NEW LISBON, Wis. — Law enforcement authorities in Wisconsin have arrested and charged a man they believe killed two juveniles and an adult in late December. The New Lisbon Police Department confirmed it had arrested 47-year-old Virgil Thew after an 11-day search.

Virgil Thew is charged with three counts of first-degree intentional homicide for the death of Elizabeth Kolba, 33, and two girls, ages 12 and 13.
