Darius Slay isn't just a great defensive back. Star Eagle WR DeVonta Smith is a fan of the former Mississippi State star's hoops skills, too.

Slay, a 6-time Pro Bowl selection, said he would play elsewhere in 2025 if the Eagles don't bring him back. The Eagles drafted cornerbacks Quinyon Mitchell and Cooper DeJean in the first two rounds of the draft last season. And they might try to re-sign Isaiah Rodgers, who's eligible for free agency after this season.

Quinyon Mitchell is a man of few words. Sometimes those few words pop out. During the media availability this week, Mitchell was asked who the greatest cornerback of all time was. Mitchell went with his idol on that one.
