120ft clock tower with 'stunning bird's eye view' to reopen after seven years thanks to £300k grant
A grant of £302,383 has been awarded by the Department for Culture, Media and Sport's Museum Estate and Development (MEND) fund for urgent repairs to the clock tower of Hartlepool Art Gallery.
