On top of that, the iPhone 16 Pro Max’s main camera again pulls in crisper details in these shots at 1x zoom. Take a look at the band on her Apple Watch, it has more definition on it, while the Galaxy S24 Ultra looks more smudgy. Both do a great job at isolating her from the background, but I like the softer look of the background with the iPhone.

Rumor has it that Samsung will slim down the bezels on the Galaxy S25 Ultra, making room for a slightly larger screen—around 6.86 inches, up from the S24 Ultra’s 6.8 inches. So, while the S25 Ultra might be smaller overall, the display size should stay pretty close to the same.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to get some design changes that should make it noticeably different from the Galaxy S24 Ultra. Just last week, we were treated to some S25 Ultra renders that show a device with flat edges and rounded corners.

It’s worth noting from the off that the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL is really more of a direct rival to the Galaxy S24 Ultra, both in terms of price and size. However, it’s the smaller Pixel 9 Pro that’s the most interesting model in the family.

Samsung should release the Galaxy S24 Fan Edition. The popular FE brand will join the Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy S24 Plus, and the base Galaxy S24, which were all launched in January alongside the Galaxy AI software suite.
