Brilliant Minds is all set to premiere with its second season this fall, and according to reports from Deadline, there are two new additions to the series regulars before Season 2 premieres.

It may have taken a bit longer than we would have liked for the renewal for this absolutely brilliant medical drama on NBC to be announced, but the Zachary Quinto-led series will be back in the fall.

The cast also includes Tamberla Perry, Ashleigh LaThrop, Alex MacNicoll, Aury Krebs, Spence Moore II, Teddy Sears, and Donna Murphy. Michael Grassi serves as writer and executive producer.
