Lyle Menendez’s ex-wife is pleading for the release of him and his brother as they continue to wage their war for freedom from behind bars.

Menendez was spotted out with his wife hours before the ex-senator is expected to report to a Pennsylvania federal prison to begin serving an 11-year sentence for bribery and corruption.

Menendez, his wife and three New Jersey businessmen — Hana, Daibes and Jose Uribe — were charged with orchestrating a bribery scheme.
