The chaotic scene unfolded Thursday morning after Thompson resident Lori Wasko’s boyfriend called police to report gunfire.

Both troopers were in stable condition, according to state police. An EMT was injured and two people were killed during the incident.

Police say this all started when 61-year-old Carmine Faino shot and killed his neighbor 57-year-old Lori Wasko from Susquehanna County.
