A Wisconsin judge accused of helping a Mexican immigrant evade federal authorities is set to present her case as her trial on obstruction and concealment charges winds down.

A federal judge said Wednesday that the Trump administration appears to have violated both her orders and Congress’ directives by proceeding with mass government layoffs.

The state Commission on Judicial Conduct found the town judge engaged in a pattern of “bias and discourteous” behavior.
