Blake Lively's team is fighting back against what it says is a "false narrative" she's "afraid" to have her deposition made public.

Blake Lively’s lawyers filed a motion Monday for sanctions against Bryan Freedman, the lead counsel for Justin Baldoni, arguing that he has engaged in a pre-trial “press tour” to impugn Lively’s character.

Blake Lively’s deposition in her case with Justin Baldoni took place on July 31. Lively’s lawyer alleged in a new motion to the judge that Baldoni’s legal team leaked details of the deposition to create misleading narratives about a "face-to-face showdown" between the two.
