Image: Samsung Samsung has announced that it will hold an event on January 22nd to announce its latest Galaxy S phones. The presentation will begin at 10 AM PT (1 PM ET) and will be streamed on the company's YouTube channel and website.

CES 2025 is full swing and Samsung has already made a slew of laptop and TV announcements, but the company already has more news on the horizon. The company is hosting it's first Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22,

Samsung will be streaming the event on its YouTube channel. We are waiting to see what Samsung will do next with its flagship series. Apple and Google’s latest releases have been relative hits since their debut last summer,

Now Samsung is doing the same, starting with its flagship models. The company is sending out the January 2025 security update to owners of the Galaxy S24 series. The Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 foldable phones are also receiving it in the US.

While not a physical product, Galaxy AI still bears the name of Samsung's mobile products, and with January 2025 marking a year since it was introduced, it seems inevitable that there will be an update of some kind.
