NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported on Tuesday that Diggs, 31, and the New England Patriots have reached a three-year, $69 million max deal. Diggs cryptically shared his excitement about the signing on Instagram on Tuesday when he shared a carousel of photos with the caption, "Life lately... found some peace. GOD is great."

Diggs, 31, spent last season with the Texans but had his year cut short after he sustained a season-ending ACL tear after eight games.
