ELKINS, W.Va (WDTV) - A new retail store has opened in Elkins. Optimum, the local provider of internet, mobile, TV and phone services, opened their interactive store at 84 Stone Mountain Lane.

State officials continue to push Optimum to provide refunds to its customers who were affected by the recent MSG Networks blackout after a deal was reached between the two companies last month.
