PHOENIX -- Tuesday afternoon marked the introduction of the Phoenix Suns' newly hired general manager Brian Gregory after the longtime basketball mind was officially promoted.

Brian Gregory is the Phoenix Suns' new GM, while James Jones and the front office is reshaped under owner Mat Ishbia.

The team announced Thursday that general manager James Jones will be transitioning to a senior advisor role for the Suns.
