Miranda Cosgrove hinted that an iCarly project was in the works that would give fans the closure they needed after the show’s revival cancellation. In a new interview, Cosgrove discussed the possibility of a movie to tie up loose ends left by Paramount+’s decision to cancel the revival series after three seasons.

Is iCarly coming back? Well, if Miranda Cosgrove is to be believed, it sure looks like it. As reported by Deadline, Miranda Cosgrove teased a new iCarly project is “in the works” and it will reportedly tie things up after the cliffhanger ending of 2021's Paramount+ revival.

Carly fans could get answers to some of their biggest questions - including a resolution to that cliffhanger from the series finale. Miranda Cosgrove was asked about a possible iCarly project during a recent appearance on The Talk,

I'm talking about the iCarly revival, which ran for three seasons on Paramount+ before the streamer pulled the plug on it. As devastating at that was, it was made worse by the fact that the show ended with an unresolved cliffhanger involving Carly and Spencer’s mother.

Carly Shay won't be signing off anytime soon. Mother of the Bride star Miranda Cosgrove teased that a new iCarly project is "in the works. iCarly ran for six seasons on Nickelodeon from 2007 to 2012 before Paramount+ picked it up for a series revival back in 2021.
