The Galaxy S22 Ultra is a great phone, but it's now three years old. Should you upgrade? I would, but I don't recommend it to everyone.

The new Samsung flagship phone has just been announced, but already there are deals which let you snag one without cash upfront, if you have the right phone to trade in.

Thanks to smaller bezels, the Galaxy S25 is able to cram in a slightly larger 6.2-inch screen in the same physical size as the S22, which has a 6.1-inch screen. Both are AMOLED panels with gorgeous colors and a similar 1080p resolution, so don't expect much of an upgrade in that.
