PHOENIX — In the wake of outfielder Blake Perkins fracturing his left shin, which likely will keep him out for the first month of the season, the Milwaukee Brewers have signed two veteran outfielders. The two-time defending NL Central champions signed Manuel Margot and Mark Canha to minor league deals with invitations to major league camp.
